Cancellation policy

 

Eligible Cottonwood Soap Company soaps may be purchased as a subscription. Subscription orders are automatically created and charged according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

Managing your subscription

You may change your delivery frequency, skip an upcoming delivery, pause your subscription or cancel at any time through the subscription-management link provided in your emails or customer account. There is no minimum commitment.

Changes or cancellations must be completed before the next scheduled billing date. Once an order has been processed, it is subject to our standard return and refund policy.

Discounts and shipping

Active subscriptions receive 10% off eligible products. Subscription deliveries with a discounted merchandise subtotal of $50 or more receive free shipping. Orders below $50 are charged our current flat shipping rate.
